1. Accepting these terms

Welcome to Maixiang. We provide online AI photo editing, image processing, and related digital services.

By creating an account, signing in, purchasing Pro access or credits, or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.

2. About the service

This is a digital software service delivered online. Once payment is confirmed, your Pro benefits or credits are made available immediately.

AI results depend on your input, model capabilities, network conditions, and the availability of third-party services. We do not guarantee that every result will meet particular commercial or aesthetic requirements.

3. Account security

Keep your account secure. You must not transfer, rent out, share, or otherwise allow someone else to use it. You are responsible for activity under your account.

If you notice unauthorized use of your account, contact zhexindx@gmail.com immediately.

4. Pro purchases and access periods

Maixiang offers monthly, quarterly, and annual Pro plans. Each is a one-time purchase of digital services, providing access for 30, 90, or 365 days, respectively.

The subscription credits included with a Pro plan are part of the plan, not a separate credit-pack purchase. They are valid during that plan’s access period and expire when the plan expires; they have no cash value and are not separately refundable. When your plan expires, your account returns to the free tier. Plans do not renew automatically, and there are no automatic charges or subsequent bills. To continue using Pro benefits, you must make another purchase.

5. Credit purchases

Credit packs are one-time digital purchases. Waffo Pancake processes a single charge for the amount shown at checkout.

Purchased credit-pack credits are valid for one year from the payment date. Any unused balance expires after that period, including if a Pro plan is still active. They remain separate from subscription credits and are subject to any valid refund or account action.

Credits can only be used for features on Maixiang. They cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged for cash, or used for transactions outside the platform.

6. Refunds and billing disputes

Because digital services and credits are available immediately after payment, membership periods and credits already used are generally non-refundable.

You may request a refund for duplicate charges, payment errors, purchases not received, or confirmed technical faults on our platform. Refunds for unused credits may be requested within 7 days of purchase; used credits are generally non-refundable. These terms do not affect any consumer refund rights provided by law.

To request a refund, email zhexindx@gmail.com with your account email address, order number, and reason. Waffo Pancake processes refunds under its payment rules.

7. Your content and AI output

You retain the rights to content you upload and authorize Maixiang to process it as necessary to provide the service. We will not use your content to train AI models without your explicit permission.

You may use the results generated for you, subject to these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary rights to uploaded content and reviewing AI output before commercial use.

8. Prohibited uses

You must not use the service to generate or distribute pornography or sexually explicit content, violence or gore, hate speech, content that endangers children including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), misleading deepfakes or impersonation, copyright or trademark infringement, or other unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, malware, phishing, or cyberattack content.

To report content that violates these rules, email zhexindx@gmail.com. Include the generated image link or job ID, the type of violation, a description, and relevant screenshots. We protect reporter information and record, acknowledge, and prioritize reports.

We review user input, generated results, reports, and unusual activity using model-provider safety policies, platform rules, and human review. Reports are received, prioritized, checked automatically and manually, and assessed for action. Content may then be removed or restricted, with an update provided where appropriate. Actions may include warnings, removing or restricting generated content, limiting features or request allowances, removing unused promotional credits or allowances, temporarily suspending accounts, permanently banning accounts, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law or necessary. You may appeal by email. Appeals are reviewed by someone who was not involved in the initial decision.

You must not bypass safety restrictions, scrape the platform in bulk, or resell access to the service.

9. Data and payments

Waffo Pancake processes payments. Maixiang does not store your full payment card details. Account, order, credit, and generation records are stored and processed under our privacy and security policies.

We use third-party AI providers to generate and edit images. Providers and models may vary by tool and configuration. Third-party service outages may delay generation or make it temporarily unavailable.

10. Termination and limitations of liability

Maixiang may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account for violations of these terms, fraud, abuse, or as required by law.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maixiang is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI output, or for indirect losses.
